The Cone Vases are a simple formal exercise in supporting cones on cylinders. The former are metal, cast in a cast iron mold, whose marks from the sandbox casting process are preserved on the inside and removed through polishing on the outside. The glass cylinders serve as a base and elevate the metal pieces, which hold and guide floral arrangements.
