DELIVERY, EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

Deadline

All of our products are made by hand, with a maximum production period of 90 days. Before closing your order, make sure of this condition. We serve throughout the Brazilian territory. In the finalization phase of your purchase, there will be a price and term charged by our logistics partner for transportation. If your city is not registered in the freight table, contact us to make your quote. For orders with more items, we are at your disposal to quote special rates .

 

Important: At the time of delivery it is important to observe the conditions of the volume. If there are any damage to the packaging, you can receive the product, but it is essential to record the reservation on the stub of the invoice. If you prefer, you can open the package in the presence of the carrier to check.

 

In the case of visibly damaged products, it is necessary to refuse the receipt at the time of delivery and notify the carrier via reservation on the invoice. Thus, the carrier will immediately return the product to us for the necessary measures, preventing the package from being stored in your home until the carrier returns. This will avoid inconvenience to you and additional costs for everyone.

 

 

Always check that the product is in good condition before disposing of the packaging. If you need to return it to the factory, it will be necessary to pack and box it so that the carrier accepts to carry out the collection.

 

 

Warranty, exchanges and returns

The products have a 1-year warranty for furniture, including the legal warranty period of 90 days, counting from the date of issuance of the invoice to the consumer. The warranty is valid for manufacturing defects detected after receipt of the products.

The product warranty does not include wear on the finish due to intense use or exposure to adverse and unforeseen conditions, damage caused during the assembly of the product, misuse, problems caused by assembly in violation of the guidance, damage caused by cleaning services or oxidation or corrosion due to lack of maintenance with unsuitable products or exposure to bad weather, humidity or sea air.

Estúdio Dentro reserves the right to respond to all replacements within a maximum period of 60 days from the confirmation report, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

Products can receive maintenance related to the wear of components and materials by reimbursing freight, materials and services.

In case of repentance or withdrawal, the following conditions must be respected:

- The deadline for withdrawing the purchase of the product is up to 07 (seven) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt.

- The product must be returned in the original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by the invoice, manual and all accessories.

- If the reason for the exchange or return is dissatisfaction, and a second visit is required to withdraw the goods, we reserve the right to collect expenses related to the transportation of the product, as well as other expenses associated with its return.

 

If there is really a withdrawal from the purchase and the merchandise is returned under the conditions described above, the refund of the product value will be made according to the form and payment term chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

 

Custom orders can only be returned or exchanged if they are damaged or defective.

In cases where manufacturing defects are found, the customer may request to exchange the product within the warranty period of 1 year offered.

Products should preferably be returned in the original packaging, along with the invoice.

The products will be analyzed by our team and if it is found that there is no defect in the product, it will be sent back to the customer. The forwarding costs will be the customer's obligation.

The deadline of 30 calendar days to solve the customer's problem is defined, from the date of receipt of the same.

If it is impossible to repair or exchange the defective product, the customer may choose to cancel the purchase and fully refund the amounts paid or to maintain a credit for future purchase.
